Sculpture & Coffee

The monthly presentation days are an excellent way for you to learn more about the wide range of courses offered at the Berlin Sculpture Atelier. If you’re not sure where to start your artistic journey, come join this cozy 2-hour event and get an insight into what it’s like to attend our lessons over a cup of coffee and cake.

Alexandra Slava, the founder and principal instructor of the Atelier will give an extensive presentation on the variety of courses and teaching methods used to help the participants develop a high level of craft skills and artistic sensibility in figurative sculpture. The presentation includes a self-introduction of the instructor; a brief historic overview of figurative sculpture and the resultant mission statement of the Berlin Sculpture Atelier; the summery of every course and the advantages of the adopted teaching methodology. Following the presentation the guests may ask questions and receive further information on the subject of their interest. As a bonus, Alexandra Slava will conclude the Sculpture & Coffee event with a brief demonstration and sculpt a quick sketch in clay.

The event is open to everyone interested upon prior reservation.
